“We went to have our weekly, house top sirloin steak along with a glass of white zin wine on 2-5-11. I ordered the house sirloin medium as always and I have never been able to pronounce zinfindale, I tried a couple of times and then just told my foreign waitress I have trouble pronouncing that, and said, white zin. She laughed very rudely and said "That might take a very long time". I said what do you mean, and she said, "It's clear in back...way back". Then she brings me a very large glass of water I didn't order and I again asked about the wine, thinking maybe they're out of it or something, and I asked would she be bringing it, she laughed and said.."I don't know". I asked my husband if he thought that an odd response and he said..yes. Finally when she brought out the steak, I again asked if she could check on the wine, though by this time I was thinking something is not right. After a few minutes a large woman..the manager, leaned over my plate and told me, "In answer to your question about the white zin. you will not be getting it as they thought I was showing signs of intoxication". I said.."what?!" I was mortified, as I had just been getting over that virus/flu that has been going around and felt maybe I looked bad, I just didn't know why the waitress didn't feel she could say anything to me other than to laugh and make up a story about the wine being clear in back. My husband and I had just got to the casino and checked in our coats, took a walk on the crowded casino floor, thought, lets go eat and gamble a bit later. I did not have a drink, and I really resent that sort of treatment. that restaurant has got the last of our money it will ever see with rude waitresses and staff like that. ”
